- Participate in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls in alignment with LVMH group instructions and assist operational teams in implementing corrective actions to address major deficiencies.
- Contribute to the renovation project of the boutique handbook and the development of an audit framework.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Regularly educate employees on internal control and compliance topics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Chaumet's policies and procedures, ensuring their comprehension and proper application internally.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties by managing role assignments within the ERP SAP and other systems, defining business roles and access, and conducting monthly reviews of exception reports.
- Assist in the deployment of the compliance program, including Sapin II and Duty of Vigilance.
- Support the monitoring of action plans derived from the anti-corruption risk mapping.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies on conflicts of interest and gifts.
- Train employees on corruption risks and assist in strengthening third-party vigilance procedures.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande École, business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on management or finance.
- Integrity, curiosity, and rigor are essential qualities for this role.
- Strong interest in operational issues and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
