Chaumet Internal Control and Compliance Assistant

- Conduct store audits.
- Regularly update the Operations Guide for global boutiques.
- Ensure regulatory compliance monitoring.
- Update the intranet.
- Contribute to the risk management strategy by updating the risk map and deploying remediation action plans.
- Participate in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls as per LVMH group instructions and assist operational teams in implementing corrective actions for major deficiencies.
- Maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of Chaumet's policies and procedures, ensuring their understanding and application internally.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties by managing role assignments in ERP SAP and other systems, defining business roles and access, and conducting monthly exception report follow-ups.
- Student in a Master's program (Bac +5) from a Grande École, business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on management or finance.
- Integrity, autonomy, curiosity, and rigor are essential qualities for this role.
- Strong interest in operational issues (field profile).
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
