1. Conduct store audits.
2. Regularly update the Operations Guide for global boutiques.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance monitoring.
4. Update the intranet.
5. Contribute to the risk management strategy by updating the risk map and deploying remediation action plans.
6. Participate in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls as per LVMH group instructions and assist operational teams in implementing corrective actions for major deficiencies.
7. Maintain and evaluate the effectiveness of Chaumet's policies and procedures, ensuring their understanding and application internally.
8. Ensure proper segregation of duties by managing role assignments in ERP SAP and other systems, defining business roles and access, and conducting monthly exception report follow-ups.

1. Student in a Master's program (Bac +5) from a Grande École, business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on management or finance.
2. Integrity, autonomy, curiosity, and rigor are essential qualities for this role.
3. Strong interest in operational issues (field profile).
4. Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
