Responsibilities
- Conduct store audits
- Regularly update the Operations Guide for global boutiques
- Ensure regulatory monitoring
- Update the intranet
- Contribute to risk management strategy by updating risk mapping and implementing remediation action plans
- Participate in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls according to LVMH group instructions and assist operational teams in implementing corrective actions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Chaumet's policies and procedures and ensure their understanding and application internally
- Ensure proper task separation in the role assignment process within the ERP SAP and other systems
- Define business roles and access
- Conduct monthly follow-up on exception reports (e.g., supplier account data modifications, manual price adjustments)
- Deploy compliance programs such as Sapin II and Duty of Vigilance
- Assist in monitoring action plans from anti-corruption risk mapping
- Ensure adherence to internal policies on conflicts of interest and gifts
- Support the strengthening of duty of vigilance procedures regarding third parties
Qualifications
- Student in a Master's program (Bac +5) from a Grande école, business school, engineering school, or university (management/finance)
Skills
- Integrity, autonomy, curiosity, and rigor
- Strong interest in operational issues
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
