Chaumet Internal Audit and Compliance Assistant Intern

- Participate in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls as per LVMH group instructions and assist operational teams in implementing corrective actions for major deficiencies.
- Regularly raise awareness among employees on internal control and compliance topics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Chaumet's policies and procedures, ensuring their understanding and proper application internally.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties by managing role assignments in ERP SAP and other systems such as Esker and CEGID.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups on exception reports, including supplier account data modifications and manual price adjustments.
- Deploy the compliance program, including Sapin II and Duty of Vigilance.
- Assist in monitoring action plans derived from the anti-corruption risk mapping.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies on conflicts of interest and gifts.
- Train employees on corruption risks.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande École, business school, engineering school, or university in law, finance, or management.
- Integrity, curiosity, and rigor.
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level experience is acceptable.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
