1. Participate in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls as per LVMH group instructions and assist operational teams in implementing corrective actions for major deficiencies.
2. Regularly raise awareness among employees on internal control and compliance topics.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of Chaumet's policies and procedures, ensuring their understanding and proper application internally.
4. Ensure proper segregation of duties by managing role assignments in ERP SAP and other systems such as Esker and CEGID.
5. Conduct monthly follow-ups on exception reports, including supplier account data modifications and manual price adjustments.
6. Deploy the compliance program, including Sapin II and Duty of Vigilance.
7. Assist in monitoring action plans derived from the anti-corruption risk mapping.
8. Ensure adherence to internal policies on conflicts of interest and gifts.
9. Train employees on corruption risks.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande École, business school, engineering school, or university in law, finance, or management.

1. Integrity, curiosity, and rigor.
2. Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
