1. Collaborate with the BI/DSI team to create and monitor client reports and KPIs using Power BI, especially during report migration.
2. Support various business teams with ad hoc analyses to guide decision-making using Dataiku.
3. Assist the Omnichannel team and regional offices with data extraction and monthly figure verification related to sales, outreach, GDPR, etc.
4. Monitor and track implemented AI projects and their KPIs.
5. Clean and prepare CRM data for better integration.
6. Adjust, create, and reassign data in close collaboration with the Omnichannel team.
7. Identify and correct data anomalies.
8. Support GDPR projects and data access initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Dataiku, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce.
3. Proactive, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.
4. Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in data analysis, though beginners are welcome.

Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics.
