Chaumet Industrial Financial Controller

- Conduct financial closing activities, including reconciliation of accounting versus flows and database updates for articles, stocks, and work-in-progress.
- Analyze consolidated stock and produce dashboards to rationalize stock equations by category and support operational annual projections.
- Update calculations for stock obsolescence, including depreciation and melting.
- Produce margin analyses and KPIs for best-sellers and specific models.
- Analyze productivity of the internal workshop and generate relevant KPIs.
- Extract and monitor budgetary costs for various operational teams, including creation and logistics departments.
- Handle operational team requests, such as PUMP control in SAP, inventory variance corrections, and recording product transformations in SAP.
- Address auditor requests during annual audits, including stock status and valuation tests.
- Analyze internal workshop cost absorption to determine hourly team costs in SAP.
- Assess the impact of stock depreciation due to changes in product status, such as discontinued models.
- Coordinate with departments to collect melting needs, consolidate requests, and estimate melting balance.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial financial control.
- Strong foundation in general and analytical accounting and information systems.
- Experience in industrial settings, either centrally or on-site.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Reliability and autonomy.
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
A minimum of 7 years in industrial financial control, with experience in central or site-based industrial environments.
Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
