1. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
2. Develop and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to aid decision-making.
3. Ensure supplier enrollment in procurement processes and support automation efforts.
4. Oversee compliance and administration of procurement tools and databases, including E-Attestations, Per Angusta, Spend HQ, Ecovadis, and Altares.
5. Assist in the management of supplier contracts, ensuring adherence to negotiated terms.
6. Support procurement teams in conducting tenders, from expense analysis to performance review.

1. Previous experience as a Data Analyst is advantageous.
2. Seeking a gap year or final year internship/alternance.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Initiative, versatility, and diplomacy.
