1. Manage import-export dossiers, ensuring adherence to incoterms and overseeing the execution of EU and third-country shipments.
2. Ensure compliance with cost, timeline, and customs procedures.
3. Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets related to the role.
4. Contribute to the overall administrative tasks of the department, including dossier opening, instructions to freight forwarders, document filing, and monitoring of exports/imports.
5. Develop documents related to country-specific formalities.
6. Optimize procedures by acting as an interface between various company departments and external service providers.
7. Liaise with customs services and transporters to enhance international logistics procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+4) in International Logistics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational, proactive, and meticulous nature.
3. Versatility, reactivity, and team-oriented mindset.
4. Adaptability and ability to manage priorities and stress.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.

Bachelor's degree in International Logistics.
