1. Manage dossiers within the assigned scope, ensuring the application of incoterms.
2. Monitor the progress of all EU and third-country shipments, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and customs procedures.
3. Maintain various tracking spreadsheets pertinent to the role.
4. Contribute to the overall administrative duties of the department, including opening dossiers, providing instructions to freight forwarders, and organizing documents.
5. Track exports and imports, and prepare documents related to country-specific formalities.
6. Act as an interface between different company departments and external service providers, including customs and transport services.
7. Optimize international logistics procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Logistics (Bac+3 or +4).

2. Versatility, team spirit, and ability to react promptly.
3. Adaptability and ability to manage priorities and stress.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
