1. Manage the complete recruitment process for junior profiles, including interns and apprentices, across various headquarters departments.
2. Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with operational teams, draft and publish job offers, select CVs, conduct preliminary phone screenings, participate in interviews, and present candidates to managers.
3. Maintain and optimize the candidate database, and respond to unsolicited applications.
4. Analyze the performance of interns and apprentices through mid-term and end-of-term evaluations, serving as the primary contact for managers.
5. Assist in organizing school-related events and employer branding projects in collaboration with LVMH, and participate in career fairs.
6. Organize various internal events for the Young Talent community.
7. Participate in ongoing HR projects related to internal communication, HR reporting, social relations, CSR, gender equality, and the Disability Mission.

1. Enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Service-oriented with diplomacy and relational intelligence.
2. Autonomous, proactive, enthusiastic, and curious.
3. Organized with a strong sense of confidentiality.
4. Excellent writing skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluent in English.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing higher education in business or human resources.
