Chaumet Human Resources Manager

- Provide operational support to the Operations Directorate, including recruitment of key talents and integration of new hires.
- Act as a business partner to managers, advising on team development and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Manage career development and contribute to organizational evolution discussions.
- Deploy performance evaluations and associated salary reviews, ensuring follow-up on feedback to anticipate internal mobility and skill development needs.
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of training and development plans, aligning with the headquarters' development initiatives.
- Lead the Elevate Operations program to promote group synergies and highlight Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and labor laws, managing disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
- Oversee social relations, including managing the social calendar, coordinating meetings, and updating the economic and social database.
- Manage health and safety topics, including relations with occupational health services and co-managing HSE issues.
- Degree from a Business School, Institute of Political Studies, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in generalist HR roles within demanding environments, luxury sector experience preferred.
- Strong internal client orientation and collaborative spirit.
- Autonomy, reactivity, and proactivity.
- Confidentiality, versatility, and agility in handling various operational and long-term projects.
- Diplomacy, relational intelligence, and open-mindedness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years in human resources, with a preference for experience in luxury environments.
Degree from a Business School, Institute of Political Studies, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR.
