1. Manage the complete recruitment process for junior profiles, including interns and apprentices, across all international headquarters departments.
2. Optimize and maintain the talent pool database, handling spontaneous applications.
3. Contribute to the implementation and facilitation of pre-boarding and onboarding programs for interns and apprentices.
4. Organize and animate events and afterworks to engage the community of young talents.
5. Monitor the performance of interns and apprentices through regular evaluations in collaboration with managers.
6. Support school relations and employer branding initiatives, including organizing events and participating in school forums.
7. Assist with the administrative management of interns and apprentices, including drafting and tracking internship agreements and handling employment formalities.
8. Participate in various transversal HR projects such as internal communication, HR reporting, social relations, CSR, professional equality, and disability mission.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Service-oriented with diplomacy and relational intelligence.
2. Autonomous, proactive, enthusiastic, rigorous, and curious.
3. Organized with a strong sense of confidentiality.
4. Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluent in English.

A preliminary experience in human resources is required.

Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in Human Resources.
