Chaumet Human Resources and Payroll Assistant

- Assist in managing personnel administration and payroll for headquarters staff.
- Compile and verify employee onboarding documentation.
- Process DPAE, affiliations, and terminations with various service providers (health insurance, pension plans, occupational health, meal vouchers, etc.).
- Collect payroll information from various stakeholders (variable elements, absence management, expense reports, etc.).
- Prepare various HR attestations and correspondence (certificates, amendments, etc.).
- Update employee administrative records in the payroll system.
- Monitor personnel movement and maintain personnel lists.
- File work accident and commuting declarations.
- Manage and track employee absences.
- Prepare insurance claim files.
- Coordinate medical examinations.
- Implement and manage various HR communications, collect signed documents, and maintain personnel files.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees.
- Participate in monitoring temporary staffing activities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Bac+2/3).
- Strong interest in payroll and personnel administration.
- Experience in payroll management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Teams RH software is advantageous.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Flexibility and adaptability with excellent priority management.
- Team-oriented with a strong service mindset.
