Chaumet Human Resources and Payroll Assistant

- Assist in managing personnel administration and payroll for headquarters staff.
- Compile and verify employee hiring documentation.
- Handle DPAE, affiliations, and terminations with various service providers (health insurance, provident fund, occupational health, meal vouchers, etc.).
- Gather payroll information from various stakeholders (variable elements, absence management, expense reports, etc.).
- Prepare HR attestations and miscellaneous correspondence (certificates, amendments, etc.).
- Update employee administrative records in the payroll system.
- Monitor personnel movement and maintain reporting tables.
- Process work and travel accident declarations.
- Manage and track employee absences.
- Prepare provident fund files.
- Coordinate medical examinations.
- Oversee and implement various HR communications, collect signed documents, and organize personnel files.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Act as a primary contact for employees.
- Participate in monitoring temporary staffing activities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Bac+2/3) with a strong interest in payroll and administrative management.
- Experience in payroll management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Teams RH software is advantageous.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Flexible, adaptable, with excellent priority management skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong service mindset.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Bac+2/3).
