- Assist in managing personnel administration and payroll for headquarters staff.
- Compile and verify employee onboarding documentation.
- Handle DPAE, affiliations, and terminations with various service providers, including health insurance and occupational health services.
- Gather payroll information from various stakeholders, including variable elements and expense management.
- Prepare HR attestations and correspondence.
- Update employee administrative records in the payroll system.
- Monitor personnel movement and maintain reporting tables.
- Process work and travel accident declarations.
- Manage and track employee absences.
- Prepare insurance documentation.
- Coordinate medical examinations.
- Implement and manage HR communications, document collection, and personnel file organization.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees.
- Support the tracking of temporary staffing activities.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources (Bac+2/3).
- Strong interest in payroll and personnel administration.
- Previous experience in payroll management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidentiality and discretion.

- Familiarity with Teams RH software is advantageous.
