Chaumet Human Resources and Payroll Assistant Intern

- Assist in managing personnel administration and payroll for headquarters staff.
- Compile and verify employee onboarding documents.
- Process DPAE, affiliations, and terminations with various service providers (health insurance, provident fund, occupational health, meal vouchers, etc.).
- Prepare HR documents and correspondence (certificates, amendments, etc.).
- Update employee administrative records in the payroll system.
- Monitor personnel movement and maintain reporting tables.
- Handle work accident and travel declarations.
- Manage and track employee absences.
- Coordinate medical examinations.
- Implement and manage various HR communications, collect signed documents, and organize personnel files.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Serve as a key contact for employee inquiries.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Bac+2/3) with a strong interest in payroll and administrative management.
- Preferably with experience in payroll management.
- Familiarity with Teams RH software is advantageous.
- Organized, meticulous, and maintains confidentiality.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Flexible, adaptable, with strong priority management skills.

Beginner level experience in payroll or human resources administration is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Bac+2/3).
