- Monitor auction sales to update tracking spreadsheets.
- Catalog acquired or entrusted jewelry pieces.
- Maintain and enhance collection management databases, including creating and enriching digital and physical work files.
- Track research requests related to jewelry, maintaining Excel tracking files and assisting with research efforts.
- Assist in jewelry authentication for after-sales service requests, authenticity certificates, and work files by conducting archival and database research.
- Provide logistical and administrative support, including organizing value transports, managing schedules, coordinating team meetings, and producing minutes.
- Aid in organizing private exhibitions in the Salons, including setup and teardown, label writing, and mediation.
- Participate in guided tours of the installation at 12 Place Vendôme.
- Assist with the distribution of holiday cards and year-end gifts.
- Manage the Heritage contact database, enriching it with contacts from major cultural institutions, updating information, and researching missing data.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent university education with a specialization in heritage; knowledge of art history and the jewelry industry is advantageous, or training in law and art history.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
- Methodical and meticulous approach.

- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
