Chaumet Heritage Assistant Intern

- Support the management of the collection database, including the creation and enhancement of documentary files in both paper and digital formats.
- Monitor auction sales and maintain up-to-date tracking spreadsheets.
- Assist in research activities, including the authentication of jewelry for after-sales service, auctioneers, or antique jewelry dealers.
- Catalog and describe books within the Heritage library.
- Perform logistical and administrative tasks, such as organizing the transport of valuables, managing schedules, coordinating team meetings, and producing minutes, as well as handling quotes and follow-ups.
- Manage and update the Heritage contact database, including the addition and updating of contacts and searching for missing data.
- Organize events and exhibitions, including creating lists of works, drafting loan letters and contracts, organizing the transport of valuables, and assisting with setups and teardowns.
- Participate in guided tours of the installation located in the salons at 12 Place Vendôme.
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in History, Heritage, Art History (such as from École du Louvre), Business School, or equivalent university education; knowledge in jewelry history or gemology is a plus.
- Methodical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

- Adaptability, mobility, reactivity, and versatility.
- High availability.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in History, Heritage, Art History, Business School, or equivalent.
