1. Lead the financial control and budgeting phases for six European entities.
2. Analyze financial performance and variances to provide strategic recommendations.
3. Implement and monitor key performance indicators.
4. Prepare and manage investment requests (CAPEX).
5. Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing corrective actions to enhance profitability.
6. Present budget analyses to the Finance Director.
7. Oversee monthly and budgetary financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
8. Consolidate European financial data and coordinate with local accounting partners.
9. Manage all financial reporting, including tax, treasury, and audit fees.
10. Serve as the primary liaison for auditors concerning relevant subsidiaries.
11. Support operational teams in retail, wholesale, and other departments on financial matters.
12. Assist the General Manager with financial conditions of leases and investment requests.
13. Act as a key contact for the Finance HQ team.
14. Develop dashboards with operational teams to track actual costs against budgets.
15. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures across European boutiques and departments.
16. Conduct monthly controls such as T&E, deposits, and credit notes.
17. Manage supplier payments through systems like Sapphire and Adyen.
18. Supervise and lead a team of two, including coordination with accounting firms in each country.
19. Standardize procedures and working methods across the team.

1. Master's degree in finance, management control, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in management control and/or international finance.

1. Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
2. Proficiency in management and reporting tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and CEGID is advantageous.
4. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate remote teams.
6. Experience in team management and strong interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in English is essential.

Minimum of 10 years in management control and/or international finance.

Master's degree in finance, management control, or equivalent.
