Chaumet Head of Finance Europe

- Lead and manage the financial control processes across six entities within the European region.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying variances between actual and budgeted figures, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators.
- Prepare and oversee investment requests (CAPEX).
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing corrective actions to enhance profitability.
- Present budget proposals to the Finance Director.
- Oversee monthly and budgetary financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- Consolidate financial data across Europe and liaise with local accounting partners.
- Support operational teams in retail, wholesale, HR, marketing, and communications on financial matters.
- Ensure adherence to internal control procedures across European boutiques and departments.
- Manage a team of two, fostering coordination with accounting firms in each country.
- Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in financial control and/or international finance.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and CEGID is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
A minimum of 10 years in financial control or international finance is required.
Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or equivalent.
