Chaumet Executive Assistant

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP Sales/International Commercial Director, including managing schedules and organizing travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate international travel and projects with assistants of Regional General Directors across the Middle East, APAC, Japan, China, and Europe.
3. Oversee document flow, including invoices, contracts, internal forms, and expense reports.
4. Monitor operational budgets, including travel and expenses.
5. Manage departmental seminars and coordinate international seminars.
6. Liaise with various departments within Chaumet and the LVMH Group.
7. Facilitate interactions with markets/regions and organize visits for international clients or partners.
8. Support the Commercial Direction teams (CRM, Architecture, e-commerce, merchandising, retail performance) in organizing travel, tracking invoices, and managing budgets.
9. Organize seminars and facilitate the onboarding of new team members, ensuring provision of supplies, IT equipment, and workspace.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive assistant roles.
2. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong adaptability, organizational, and anticipatory skills.
3. Proactive and reactive with a keen sense of priorities.
4. Versatile with excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
