Chaumet Executive Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP Sales/International Commercial Director, including managing schedules and organizing travel arrangements.
- Coordinate international travel and projects with assistants of Regional General Directors across the Middle East, APAC, Japan, China, and Europe.
- Oversee document flow, including invoices, contracts, internal forms, and expense reports.
- Monitor operational budgets, including travel and expenses.
- Manage departmental seminars and coordinate international seminars.
- Liaise with various departments within Chaumet and the LVMH Group.
- Facilitate interactions with markets/regions and organize visits for international clients or partners.
- Support the Commercial Direction teams (CRM, Architecture, e-commerce, merchandising, retail performance) in organizing travel, tracking invoices, and managing budgets.
- Organize seminars and facilitate the onboarding of new team members, ensuring provision of supplies, IT equipment, and workspace.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive assistant roles.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong adaptability, organizational, and anticipatory skills.
- Proactive and reactive with a keen sense of priorities.
- Versatile with excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
