Chaumet Executive Assistant

- Manage the schedule of the SVP Sales/International Commercial Director.
- Organize travel arrangements and coordinate projects with regional directors' assistants across the Middle East, APAC, Japan, China, and Europe.
- Handle documentation flow including invoices, contracts, internal forms, and expense reports.
- Monitor operational budgets, including travel and expenses.
- Coordinate departmental seminars and liaise with various markets and regions.
- Facilitate international seminars and maintain communication with different divisions within Chaumet and LVMH.
- Serve as an interface with markets/regions and organize visits for international clients or partners.
- Support the International Commercial Directorate teams in CRM, architecture, e-commerce, merchandising, and retail performance.
- Arrange travel for international commercial team members, including tickets, hotel reservations, and visas.
- Track invoices and manage the international commercial directorate's budget.
- Organize seminars and onboard new team members with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive assistance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and anticipation abilities.
- Proactive and reactive with a strong sense of priorities.
- Versatility and excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 10 years in executive assistant positions is required.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, combining remote and on-site work.
