1. Manage the schedules and travel arrangements for the Administrative and Financial Director and the Human Resources Director.
2. Coordinate various matters with the CEO's assistant and other executive assistants.
3. Oversee invoice tracking for both departments.
4. Serve as a liaison between Chaumet HQ's Finance & HR teams, international market teams, and LVMH.
5. Administer the company's travel booking tool, maintain relationships with service providers, and offer daily user support.
6. Ensure compliance with the company's travel procedures, and monitor and control bookings.
7. Manage business card issuance, maintain relationships with providers, and assist employees.
8. Organize various events for the teams.
9. Draft meeting minutes, and prepare presentations and internal documents.
10. Provide daily administrative and organizational support to teams, including onboarding new employees and managing supplies.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive assistance, preferably for executive committee members.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
3. Adaptability, organizational skills, and anticipation ability.

7. Strong interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
