1. Ensure optimal package preparation and delivery experiences by collaborating with delivery partners, warehouse, and customer service to optimize processes.
2. Support the e-Commerce Manager in deploying site optimizations and new functionalities, conducting benchmarks to inform strategic decisions, and participating in testing phases to ensure quality deliverables.
3. Manage e-merchandising through Magento and optimize searchandising rules on Algolia to enhance customer experience and guide clients through their online and in-store purchasing journeys.
4. Assist the Omnichannel Manager in optimizing the brand's omnichannel services using agile methodologies, including online appointment modules, internal product catalogs, customer satisfaction management tools, and store locators, while coordinating with market stakeholders.
5. Consolidate monthly results from various tools for market sharing and develop action plans with Retail and Training teams to ensure the best customer experience.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business school or equivalent university program.
2. Ideally, previous internship experience in e-commerce or digital project management.
