- Ensure optimal package preparation and delivery experience by collaborating with delivery partners, warehouse, and customer service to streamline processes.
- Support the E-commerce Manager in deploying site optimizations and new functionalities, conducting benchmarks, and participating in testing phases to ensure quality deliverables.
- Manage e-merchandising through Magento and optimize searchandising rules on Algolia to enhance the customer journey both online and in-store.
- Assist the Omnichannel Manager in optimizing omnichannel services using agile methodologies, including online appointment booking, internal product catalog, customer satisfaction management tools, and store locator coordination.
- Consolidate monthly results from various tools for market sharing, and develop action plans with Retail and Training teams to ensure superior customer experience.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in e-commerce or digital project management.
- Strong digital acumen and interest in e-commerce.
- Rigorous, proactive, and customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
