Chaumet Distribution Planner

- Manage global distribution strategy to regional warehouses, stores, and wholesale and franchise partners.
- Determine stock policies and monitor in-store availability.
- Oversee store and warehouse rebalancing and handle special requests.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional correspondents.
- Drive product lifecycle management, ensuring seamless upstream and downstream flows.
- Ensure impeccable internal and external customer service.
- Control stock coverage and manage product obsolescence.
- Conduct detailed business analyses and enhance distribution efficiency.
- Innovate processes and consolidate data with effective KPIs.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects within the Maison.
- Act as the Power BI reference for the planning service, evolving BI tools as needed.
- Communicate monthly on KPI developments and address market issues weekly.
- Oversee pending customer orders and manage employee sales.
- Recruit, train, and mentor an intern, fostering their skill development and autonomy.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Supply Chain department.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Initiative, innovation, dynamism, leadership, and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in Anaplan and Power BI.
- SAP proficiency is an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years in a Supply Chain role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
