1. Develop and oversee comprehensive distribution plans for high jewelry and timepieces, considering market dynamics and seasonality in the Middle East.
2. Analyze distribution performance metrics and propose corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
3. Ensure strategic stock allocation during shortages or high-demand periods to maximize sales.
4. Coordinate seasonal product launches to achieve high availability rates.
5. Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
6. Collaborate with central supply chain, merchandising, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure supply chain consistency.
7. Prepare detailed reports on distribution performance and conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
3. Exceptional analytical skills and commercial acumen.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Reliability, rigor, and adaptability in problem-solving.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in distribution planning, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
