1. Define and lead the operational marketing strategy for Europe, developing and implementing innovative marketing plans to drive sales growth and enhance Chaumet's appeal to discerning clientele.
2. Act as a strategic partner to the distribution network, providing active and personalized support to Retail (12 boutiques) and Wholesale (over 60 points of sale) teams, and participating in their geographic expansion.
3. Manage and develop a team of 5 experienced professionals and 4 trainees/interns, fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven environment.
4. Represent the voice of Europe within the Group, serving as the primary liaison with International Marketing and Communication Directors, ensuring seamless communication and optimal coherence.
5. Influence strategy at the European Executive Committee, actively participating in meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making for the region and the Maison.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or commerce, ideally within the luxury sector.
2. Strong affinity for field marketing and in-depth understanding of retail challenges.
3. Significant experience in media campaign management and agency budget oversight.
4. Keen product sensitivity, particularly in luxury jewelry.
5. Recognized for strategic vision, innovation capability, and autonomy.

1. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBi.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
3. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years in marketing and/or commerce, preferably in the luxury sector.
