Chaumet Director, International Retail Learning

- Define and drive the global retail learning vision and strategy in alignment with commercial priorities, collection launches and Maison standards.
- Co‑create and maintain the global learning roadmap covering core programs (product, heritage & culture, selling skills, boutique management, sales ceremonies) and strategic initiatives such as clienteling journeys.
- Design, supervise and continuously update blended learning programs — product, collections, Maison culture, retail skills and client experience — to reflect luxury retail trends and client expectations.
- Lead the global rollout and operational coordination of international training calendars and major programs in close collaboration with zone teams (China, Japan, APAC, Middle East, Europe).
- Oversee the CHAUMET learning platform and digital learning ecosystem, commissioning new digital content with internal and external partners (modules, videos, immersive visits, miniquiz).
- Increase learner engagement and completion through activation strategies including gamification, targeted communications, challenges and newsletters.
- Define, track and report learning KPIs (completion, satisfaction, performance, commercial impact); analyse results and recommend continuous improvements.
- Manage, develop and animate the central learning team and the community of Zone Training Managers, setting objectives and fostering cross‑functional collaboration with Heritage, Marketing and Retail teams.
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in luxury retail learning & development, preferably in jewellery, watchmaking or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing multicultural, geographically dispersed learning teams.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, blended learning methodologies and digital learning production.
- Proven ability to lead large, international projects and influence senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
- Business‑oriented mindset with experience linking learning initiatives to commercial performance and KPIs.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail learning and development within the luxury sector, with demonstrated leadership of international programs and teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business or a related discipline; advanced degree or specialised training in L&D preferred.
