- Coordinate the evolution of the Heritage databases, including the acquisition of a new documentary database and a collection management system.
- Conduct a needs assessment for the Heritage Department and contribute to drafting consultation documents.
- Analyze proposals and demonstrations from candidates, assisting in the final selection of solutions.
- Lead project coordination and change management initiatives.
- Coordinate an oral history campaign focusing on Chaumet's operations and development during the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.
- Research and select relevant interview subjects, prepare biographical and documentary files, and coordinate recording sessions.
- Participate in interviews and ensure quality control of deliverables.
- Develop AI tools for post-processing and analysis of interviews.
- Create internal communication content to highlight collected oral history.
- Propose and implement initiatives with the Club 55 to capture and celebrate the memories of senior employees.
- Process historical archives, including intellectual and physical reclassification and drafting research instruments according to ISAD-G standards.
- Coordinate contemporary archive collection efforts and improve document management practices.
- Oversee the digitization and computerization of archives, including photo indexing and data extraction from digitized stock records.
- Explore new AI applications for Chaumet's archival and heritage collections.
- Conduct occasional historical research.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Archival Studies, Documentation, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital technologies applied to archives.
- Basic understanding of archival standards and techniques, both digital and paper-based.
- Proficiency in office software (Office Suite) and comfort with IT systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English.
