Chaumet Deputy Boutique Manager

- Recruit and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the sales staff, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Drive staff performance and oversee CRM reporting to enhance customer relationship management.
- Facilitate people development through career committees, performance discussions, and training plans, fostering motivation and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversee back office and administrative functions of the boutique, ensuring financial and stock procedures are adhered to.
- Manage inventories, including annual, cycle, and spot counts, to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Implement and uphold Visual Merchandising guidelines to align with brand aesthetics.
- Assist the Boutique Director in defining and implementing action plans to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure budget adherence and maximize profitability.
- Utilize CRM systems to attract and retain clients, enhancing customer engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Expertise in High Jewellery sales and event management.
- Strong educational background with a high level of cultural awareness.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury customer service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Leadership skills with strong interpersonal abilities and empathy.
- Autonomous with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop a professional network.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, focusing on High Jewellery sales and events.
Very good general education and cultural level.
