Chaumet Deputy Boutique Manager

- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to recruit and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the sales team.
- Drive staff performance and oversee CRM reporting.
- Facilitate people development through career committees, performance discussions, and training plans, while motivating and engaging the team.
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversee back office and administrative functions of the boutique.
- Guarantee the application and reliability of financial and stock procedures.
- Manage inventories, including annual, cycle, and spot counts.
- Implement and uphold Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Assist the Boutique Director in defining, implementing, and monitoring action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and control store expenses to adhere to budget and maximize profitability.
- Utilize CRM systems to attract and retain clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Expertise in High Jewellery sales and event management.
- Strong educational background with a high cultural level.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury customer service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Autonomous with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and networking ability.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, including 2 years in a managerial capacity, with a focus on High Jewellery sales and events.
Very good general education and cultural level.
