Chaumet Deputy Boutique Manager

- Recruit and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the sales team, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Drive staff performance and manage CRM reporting to enhance customer engagement.
- Facilitate people development through career committees, performance discussions, and training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
- Oversee boutique administration, including financial and stock procedures, and manage inventories.
- Implement and uphold Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Assist the Boutique Director in defining and executing action plans to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Monitor and control store expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Utilize CRM systems to attract and retain clientele.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Expertise in High Jewellery sales and event management.
- Strong educational background and cultural awareness.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic and French as advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Autonomous with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to develop a professional network.
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury retail sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, with a focus on High Jewellery.
Very good general education and cultural level.
