1. Recruit and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the sales team, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
2. Drive staff performance and manage CRM reporting to enhance customer engagement.
3. Facilitate people development through career committees, performance discussions, and training initiatives.
4. Ensure adherence to all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
5. Oversee boutique administration, including financial and stock procedures, and manage inventories.
6. Implement and uphold Visual Merchandising guidelines.
7. Assist the Boutique Director in defining and executing action plans to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
8. Monitor and control store expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
9. Utilize CRM systems to attract and retain clientele.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a management role.
2. Expertise in High Jewellery sales and event management.
3. Strong educational background and cultural awareness.

1. Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic and French as advantageous.
2. Exceptional customer service skills with a strong sense of aesthetics.
3. Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
5. Autonomous with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
6. Effective communication skills and ability to develop a professional network.

A minimum of 5 years in the luxury retail sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, with a focus on High Jewellery.

Very good general education and cultural level.
