Chaumet Data Performance & CSR Assistant

- Assist in the creation of Operations KPIs to measure overall performance across various functions.
- Inventory, map, and document departmental data with the support of data BI consultants and collaboration with Operations teams.
- Develop and construct a comprehensive Operations dashboard and metrics.
- Analyze KPIs and consolidate a global presentation report.
- Document indicators and processes to ensure report sustainability among contributors and users.
- Contribute to building CSR Operations data for compliance with vigilance duties and environmental management.
- Inventory, map, and document CSR data in collaboration with Operations teams.
- Propose models for data management, organization, and standardization.
- Clean and structure existing data, ensuring reliability of future data collection.
- Identify essential data quality criteria and relevant KPIs, consolidating a global report.
- Document and share indicators and developments with key internal users.
- Assist in constructing an Operations data marketplace and conduct ad-hoc research as needed.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data and numerical analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
