Data Performance & CSR Assistant

1. Contribute to the creation of Operations KPIs to measure overall performance across various departments.
2. Inventory, map, and document data used by the department with the support of data BI consultants.
3. Propose and build a global Operations dashboard and metrics.
4. Analyze KPIs and consolidate a global presentation report.
5. Document indicators and processes to sustain reporting for contributors and users.
6. Contribute to building CSR Operations data for compliance and environmental management.
7. Inventory, map, and document CSR data in collaboration with Operations departments.
8. Propose models to manage, organize, and standardize data.
9. Clean and structure existing data and ensure reliable future data collection.
10. Identify essential data quality criteria and relevant KPIs and consolidate a global report.
11. Document and share deployed indicators and developments with key internal users.

1. Student preparing a Bac+4/5 level degree in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent university education.
2. Recognized for rigor, reliability, and organization.
3. Curious, dynamic, and adaptable.
4. Strong interest in numbers, data analysis, and understanding flows.

1. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP is a plus.
2. Willingness to improve skills in these tools.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Good listening, communication, and simplification abilities.
5. Interest in the luxury sector and data.
