Chaumet Customs Import/Export Assistant Intern

- Assist in monitoring customs team projects, particularly in change management related to the implementation of a new internal customs management system.
- Utilize business intelligence tools for daily creation and analysis of reports.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and logistics steering committees.
- Conduct internal customs audits on import and export operations.
- Coordinate non-EU imports from subsidiaries and suppliers, ensuring customs clearance operations and tracking deliveries and declarations.
- Manage transit notifications with French customs.
- Measure and optimize customs processes using business intelligence tools.
- Organize merchandise arrivals from Belgian and Italian suppliers, including coordination with transporters and delivery tracking to the central warehouse.
- Update exchange rates in SAP monthly.
- Prepare the monthly goods exchange declaration.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in International Law, Customs and Transport, International Trade and Export Marketing, or International Trade Management.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong interest in data related to Import-Export and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
- Curiosity, quick thinking, precision, and rigor.
- A keen interest in international trade law and regulations.
- Proficiency in French and English

- Ability to work in a team environment
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress in International Law, Customs and Transport, International Trade and Export Marketing, or International Trade Management.
