1. Assist in monitoring customs team projects, particularly in change management related to the implementation of a new internal customs management system.
2. Utilize business intelligence tools for daily creation and analysis of reports.
3. Participate in weekly team meetings and logistics steering committees.
4. Conduct internal customs audits on import and export operations.
5. Coordinate non-EU imports from subsidiaries and suppliers, ensuring customs clearance operations and tracking deliveries and declarations.
6. Manage transit notifications with French customs.
7. Measure and optimize customs processes using business intelligence tools.
8. Organize merchandise arrivals from Belgian and Italian suppliers, including coordination with transporters and delivery tracking to the central warehouse.
9. Update exchange rates in SAP monthly.
10. Prepare the monthly goods exchange declaration.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in International Law, Customs and Transport, International Trade and Export Marketing, or International Trade Management.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Strong interest in data related to Import-Export and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
4. Curiosity, quick thinking, precision, and rigor.
5. A keen interest in international trade law and regulations.
