Chaumet Customer Service Coordination Assistant

- Coordinate Care Service operations for both Jewelry and Watchmaking divisions, ensuring seamless integration between Front Office and Back Office functions.
- Engage with designated markets, particularly the Wholesale network across Europe and Export regions, to diagnose service needs and confirm diagnostics in collaboration with the quality service team.
- Manage client portfolios within assigned zones, maintaining constant communication to provide updates on service progress and assist with post-sales commercial issues.
- Prepare physical and digital shipments, adhering to transport plans and customs regulations in coordination with import/export and logistics services.
- Ensure compliance with after-sales service procedures and uphold service commitments to clients.
- Facilitate the transmission of information, processing of orders, and physical dispatch of parts in collaboration with suppliers and stores.
- Enter purchase orders and update delivery dates in SAP, and manage the closure and valuation of purchase orders.
- Conduct monthly rotating inventories and manage spare parts orders in collaboration with Care coordinators.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3) with initial experience in Commerce, Retail, Sales Administration, or Logistics.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience through internships or apprenticeships in related fields.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
