Chaumet CRM & Clienteling Manager Europe

The brand operates 12 retail boutiques across Europe, including its flagship store at Place Vendôme, alongside a robust wholesale and e-commerce presence.
- Define and implement clienteling strategies in collaboration with headquarters, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
- Oversee the clienteling application, providing training and support to retail teams and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Utilize Power BI and analytical tools to create dashboards, conduct ad hoc analyses, and refine CRM actions.
- Provide daily support to boutique teams on CRM and customer data issues, ensuring alignment with customer service.
- Manage gifting strategy, coordinating client gift orders and logistics in line with commercial events.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Europe on in-store activation plans and special projects like High Jewelry.
- Oversee the CRM Europe budget, including annual planning and financial administration.
- Proven experience in CRM, clienteling, or relationship marketing, ideally within luxury or retail sectors, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and customer databases.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to unite various stakeholders.

Minimum of 5 years in CRM, clienteling, or relationship marketing, preferably in the luxury or retail sectors.
