Chaumet CRM & Clienteling Assistant

- Onboard new sales team members to the clienteling application and develop training programs.
- Monitor application improvements and animate clienteling campaigns.
- Support retail teams with CRM tools, including client gift orders via SAP and stock management.
- Assist in creating and coordinating client communications such as emailings and partnerships.
- Manage client gifts and coordinate with concierge services for client treatments.
- Generate reports and analyses on CRM actions using Salesforce and PowerBi.
- Conduct competitive analysis and manage the CRM Europe budget.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in CRM, relationship marketing, or clienteling.
- Experience in retail is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and artistic sensitivity.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of data management tools like Salesforce and PowerBi.
Entry-level experience in CRM, marketing, or clienteling, preferably with retail exposure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
