Chaumet CRM & Clienteling Assistant

- Facilitate onboarding and training for sales teams on clienteling applications, ensuring continuous improvement and engagement through diverse clienteling campaigns.
- Provide operational support for CRM tools in stores, including client gift orders via SAP, forecasting, stock management, and handling ad hoc requests.
- Assist in the creation and coordination of client communications, including emailings, mailings, and partnerships with department stores and wholesale distributors.
- Support the development and management of client gifts throughout the year, coordinating with concierge services for client care and attention.
- Prepare reports on global CRM actions and conduct client data analyses using Salesforce and PowerBi for monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis within the sector and other Maisons, and monitor the CRM Europe budget.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) with initial experience in CRM, relational marketing, or clienteling, preferably with retail exposure.
- Meticulous, organized, and responsive with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural inclination towards client relations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, artistic sensitivity, and a passion for the jewelry industry.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and data management tools such as Salesforce and/or PowerBi.
Entry-level experience in CRM, relational marketing, or clienteling, ideally with exposure to retail environments.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5)
