Responsibilities
- Onboarding new sales team members and creating training programs for a clienteling application.
- Providing operational support to stores on CRM tools, including gift orders via SAP and stock management.
- Participating in the creation and coordination of client communications such as emailings and partnerships.
- Assisting in the creation, development, and management of client gifts and coordinating with the concierge service.
- Producing reports on global CRM actions and analyzing client data using Salesforce and PowerBi.
- Conducting competitive analysis and monitoring the CRM Europe budget.
Qualifications
- Degree equivalent to Bac+5.
- First experience in CRM/Relationship Marketing/Clienteling.
- Experience in retail is ideal.
Skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural affinity for client relations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, artistic sensitivity, and interest in the jewelry industry.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written), Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of data management tools like Salesforce and/or PowerBi.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level experience required.
Education Requirements
Degree equivalent to Bac+5.
