Chaumet Compensation & Benefits Assistant

- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
- Conduct market studies and analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage and analyze the jewelry sector-specific compensation survey (BJOP).
- Handle compensation policy analyses for young contracts (internships, apprenticeships) and recent graduates.
- Participate in the global social benefits update project: mapping and action plan development to harmonize practices.
- Manage administrative aspects of international mobility dossiers.
- Support the Compensation & Benefits Manager with ad hoc compensation studies requested by LVMH.
- Participate in the interfacing project of various HR tools.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Maison's HRIS and ensure data quality.
- Coordinate the annual international reporting (Annual Report) for the Maison.
- Support the Compensation & Benefits Manager in social management control tasks, including budget preparation, cost analysis, and budget review exercises.
- Contribute to various reports intended for the Group.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in HR, business school, or university.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make relevant recommendations.
- Curious, meticulous, and responsive with a strong affinity for numbers and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and fluent English is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and social management control concepts would be advantageous.
