- Support the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.
- Conduct market studies and analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage and analyze the jewelry industry-specific compensation survey (BJOP).
- Handle analyses related to defining compensation policies for young contracts (internships & apprenticeships) and recent graduates.
- Participate in the global benefits update project: mapping and action plan development for practice harmonization.
- Manage administrative aspects of international mobility dossiers.
- Assist the Manager with any ad-hoc compensation studies requested by the LVMH Group.
- Participate in the interfacing project of various HR tools.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Maison's HRIS.
- Ensure data quality within the HRIS.
- Support the C&B Manager in social management control activities, including budget preparation, cost analysis, and budget revision exercises.
- Participate in various Group reporting activities.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in HR, business school, or equivalent higher education.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Curious, rigorous, and responsive, with a strong affinity for numbers and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and an understanding of basic social management control principles is a plus.
