Chaumet CNC Programmer and Setter

The company is an industrial entity dedicated to the development, procurement, production, and logistical management of all watches sold under the Chaumet brand, managing a network of component suppliers and assembly subcontractors.
- Interpret and analyze plans, schematics, technical drawings, and 3D models to determine production requirements, including tooling and setups.
- Develop and formalize manufacturing processes.
- Create CAM programs using GIBBSCam for new parts, including prototypes and unique pieces, and optimize serial production machining processes.
- Set up and adjust cutting tools and parameters to ensure precision.
- Fine-tune CAM programs on CNC production equipment.
- Monitor machining cycles and address any malfunctions.
- Ensure production aligns with plans and specifications.
- Inspect produced parts using metrology tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain production quality.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment as per manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
- Maintain daily progress tracking through production indicator sheets (TimeSheet).
- Provide clear feedback to the workshop manager.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods and tools.
- Offer technical support to development, methods, and quality departments.
- Participate in technological watch activities.
- Basic training as a micromechanics technician.
- Conscientious and organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- Proficient in GIBBSCam (advantageous).
- Proficient in 5-axis machine programming (ideally Willemin).
- Skilled in using 5-axis and conventional machines.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
