Chaumet Client Events Assistant

- Adapt and coordinate the operational implementation of in-store animations according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with external service providers.
- Coordinate with stores and Area Managers in the Wholesale zones.
- Develop internal and external partnerships, participating in the planning and execution of associated events.
- Coordinate Trade Marketing actions and animations with partner department stores.
- Prepare post-event reports to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide operational support for bespoke treatments for VIC clients throughout the year.
- Design and track organizational tools for the Haute Joaillerie week.
- Manage client treatment preparations before and during events.
- Coordinate transportation bookings for VIC clients.
- Liaise with the event agency handling client treatments.
- Conduct competitive analysis of other luxury houses and their initiatives.
- Draft newsletters for Retail teams on trends and best practices.
- Produce regular reports on global actions undertaken.
- Support budget tracking for events.
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing and/or Event Management.
- Previous experience in retail and event management is highly appreciated.
- Excellent command of English (oral and written) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, organized, and responsive with the ability to manage priorities in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, artistic sensitivity, and a passion for the jewelry industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural affinity for client relations.
Entry-level position with a preference for candidates with initial experience in retail and event management.
Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing and/or Event Management.
