- Develop and continuously communicate the comprehensive technology and data strategy to support Chaumet's growth ambitions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define clear priorities and key initiatives.
- Create strategic transformation plans, setting timelines for the development and deployment of all technical solutions, including web, mobile, and data platforms.
- Apply LVMH group standard architectures to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency of Chaumet's IT landscape.
- Oversee the long-term evolution of IT architecture, leveraging LVMH standards to accelerate delivery, reduce risks and costs, and minimize complexity.
- Provide in-depth technology and data insights to the leadership team, influencing strategic business decisions and delving into technical details as necessary.
