1. Develop and continuously communicate the comprehensive technology and data strategy to support Chaumet's growth ambitions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define clear priorities and key initiatives.
2. Create strategic transformation plans, setting timelines for the development and deployment of all technical solutions, including web, mobile, and data platforms.
3. Apply LVMH group standard architectures to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency of Chaumet's IT landscape.
4. Oversee the long-term evolution of IT architecture, leveraging LVMH standards to accelerate delivery, reduce risks and costs, and minimize complexity.
5. Provide in-depth technology and data insights to the leadership team, influencing strategic business decisions and delving into technical details as necessary.
6. Identify new technologies and trends, propose innovative applications, and monitor the market and competitive landscape.
7. Develop and implement a robust data-driven decision-making strategy across all business functions.
8. Oversee the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
9. Champion the use of advanced analytics to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
10. Lead the implementation of LVMH's global IT operating model within Chaumet to leverage scale and best practices.
11. Ensure platform stability and reliability, along with effective support processes to maintain optimal customer experiences.
12. Implement a coherent technical and application foundation based on Group recommendations and business priorities to accelerate production, logistics, supply chain, and retail/omnichannel pathways.
13. Ensure business continuity and cyber-resilience through close partnership with LVMH's cybersecurity organization.
14. Lead the development of software system projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while effectively managing risks.
15. Lead technical and functional teams responsible for information and data technologies.
16. Integrate Chaumet into LVMH's global IT community, fostering high-performance teamwork across functions and geographies.
17. Drive team transformation, including a product-centric approach, cloud migration, and modern enterprise architecture design.
18. Support the organization, recruitment, development, and mentoring of the team.

1. Over 15 years of professional experience in technology leadership, managing cross-functional teams in international environments.
2. Experience in growing, leading, and scaling technical teams, encompassing application development, security, architecture, and infrastructure operations.
3. Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
4. Significant experience in software architecture and digital product creation.
5. Strong ability to build relationships with internal clients and provide solutions centered on their needs.
