1. Collaborate with the Hong Kong regional team to track shipments to Southeast Asia boutiques and manage customs clearance processes.
2. Organize and process documents for weekly FedEx shipments to Hong Kong.
3. Assist the Retail Director with monthly sales data extraction, consolidation, and reporting.
4. Prepare presentations for monthly retail meetings, business reviews, and post-event ROI analysis.
5. Oversee the full cycle of aftersales service, coordinating with third-party workshops and HQ for repairs, quotations, and returns.
6. Coordinate with retail teams to address boutique supply needs, including packaging.
7. Liaise with the Hong Kong team to coordinate visual merchandising activities and ensure compliance with VM guidelines.
8. Support the development, execution, and recap of brand events and client activations.
9. Coordinate in-store client activations, including vendor coordination, food tastings, and delivery management.
10. Gather customer feedback and contribute to strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
11. Assist in verifying and processing vendor and supplier invoices, and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
12. Prepare and process claims, and verify store claims for approval.
13. Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

1. Diploma holder or undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2. Background or experience in logistics and supply chain is advantageous.
