1. Develop every sales opportunity that arises.
2. Offer extraordinary customer service to clients, prospects, and browsers.
3. Adhere to all sales and operations processes and company policies.
4. Perform daily stock takes and generate sales reports.
5. Supervise day-to-day operations within the team.
6. Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and aftersales services.
7. Manage the integration of new joiners and assist the manager in assigning responsibilities.
8. Lead the team in adherence to service standards.
9. Support and guide teammates in achieving their goals and skill development.
10. Foster a dynamic team environment through respect and collaboration.
11. Prioritize and organize team workload effectively.
12. Support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes with the marketing team.
13. Perform daily CRM activities, including collecting prospective client contact details and managing client relationships.
14. Maintain optimal boutique conditions, including cleanliness, safety, and security.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry.
2. Proven track record in sales and result-oriented roles.
