Chaumet Boutique Manager

- Develop and implement boutique action plans to achieve company strategies through events, promotions, and necessary actions.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual boutique budgets.
- Support team members in customer engagement to increase boutique clientele.
- Manage customer data and implement activities to build clientele in accordance with company policies.
- Establish strong relationships with department stores to facilitate sales activities.
- Participate in office meetings and contribute constructively to the maison's growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and VIP treatment in the boutique.
- Manage after-sales service and handle complaints as per regulations.
- Oversee back-office operations ensuring accuracy in sales, inventory, and expense management.
- Conduct goal setting, support, and evaluation to enable team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Foster a motivating work environment and improve teamwork and communication.
- Develop individual growth plans and provide necessary training and feedback.
- Self-manage to maintain high performance and manage labor-related tasks such as shift scheduling and attendance.
- Ability to envision the future of the boutique in alignment with company direction.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
