- Develop and implement boutique action plans to achieve company strategies through events, promotions, and necessary actions.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual boutique budgets.
- Support team members in client engagement to enhance boutique-wide customer base.
- Manage customer data and execute client-building activities in alignment with company policies.
- Establish strong relationships with department store stakeholders to facilitate smooth sales operations.
