- Drive the boutique's sales to achieve commercial targets by setting individual goals and providing continuous feedback.
- Enhance customer loyalty and expand clientele through targeted activities both in-store and externally.
- Lead and coach the team in client relations across various communication platforms.
- Promote the boutique's collections, manage special orders, and oversee repairs in line with company procedures.
- Motivate and coordinate the boutique team, fostering a strong team spirit and conducting daily meetings.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the team, managing recruitment, integration, performance assessment, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure the safety and security of the store, identifying potential risks to management.
- Analyze boutique KPIs, develop annual action plans, and maintain knowledge of competition and market trends.
- Oversee the boutique's visual identity and ensure the proper functioning of IT tools.
- Protect and monitor company stock.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, promoting the boutique internally and externally, and organizing events to drive commercial results and enhance visibility.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Leadership and team development capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a business-driven, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Integrity and adherence to Maison and store procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Autonomous with analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and networking ability.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years in retail, including 2 years in a management position.
