1. Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by setting and leading sales strategies.
2. Utilize business reports to analyze results and propose action plans.
3. Provide sales leadership by setting clear performance targets and defining KPIs.
4. Conduct market research on trends and competitors.
5. Manage VVICs clientele and guide the team on High Jewelry sales.
6. Coach team members to achieve objectives through meetings, training, and feedback.
7. Plan monthly staff rosters and ensure staff grooming aligns with Chaumet guidelines.
8. Support recruitment processes and achieve 100% in Mystery Shopper Program.
9. Ensure accuracy in stock taking and optimal inventory management.
10. Engage with VIP clients and new customers as a brand ambassador.
11. Oversee boutique appearance and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
12. Manage boutique operations including invoicing, sales reports, and cash management.
13. Implement security procedures and manage banking and petty cash.
14. Develop client relationships through effective CRM activities.
15. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

1. Minimum of 8 years in retail operations at a managerial level in jewelry or luxury retail.
2. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
3. Results-driven with a strong sales focus.
