Chaumet Boutique Administrator
Chaumet, a distinguished Maison within the Watches & Jewellery division, is renowned for its Parisian heritage and exceptional craftsmanship since 1780. As part of the prestigious LVMH conglomerate, Chaumet is currently undergoing a significant transformation to align with contemporary luxury market demands, while maintaining its rich historical legacy.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating tasks for the Boutique Manager.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments, managing stock levels, conducting stock takes, and ensuring accurate tagging using inventory management software.
- Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving merchandise, handling transfers, and overseeing repairs with precise documentation.
- Support boutique operations, including maintenance, supply ordering, and sales process facilitation, while coordinating with vendors.
- Prepare financial paperwork, manage petty cash, handle invoices, and assist with annual audits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with team planning and provide support to the boutique team as needed.
- Prior experience in stock or boutique administration within a retail environment, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant computer programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and committed attitude with a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
